Precaution & prevention

“I want to stay healthy. I’m doing something about it!”
The 10-point preventive program

Prevention – living better for longer

Chronic diseases are on the rise. Obesity, high blood pressure, heart problems, depression, diabetes, Alzheimer’s and cancer seem to be the inevitable consequences of our lifestyle. Can we really only hope for advances in medicine, effective therapies and innovative remedies? As a doctor of functional individual medicine, I see things differently. It has been proven that the origin of almost all diseases of civilization lies approx. 15 years before symptoms appear appear. This means: 15 years of poor nutrition with too much sugar and harmful trans fats, smoking, toxic stress, heavy metal and toxin exposure or interference fields in the body, lack of exercise, too much stress, too little energy in the cells and a poor basic supply of micronutrients as well as hormonal imbalances bring your body to the limit – between healthy and ill. Suddenly the situation changes. Aches and pains become illnesses. Individual symptoms become multi-organ diseases. The body no longer suffers quietly – under “silent inflammation”. It becomes loud, noticeable, measurable, chronic.

That’s why our recommendation is: don’t wait until you fall ill. Do everything you can to stay healthy.

If you don’t have time to look after your health, you will one day have to spend a lot of time on your illnesses.

Prevention is better than treatment –
Dr. Immer’s 10-point prevention program:

1. vitalCheck
Which vitamins, trace elements, amino acids etc. do you need? your body? 2. medication check
What is essential, what can be removed, what does more harm than good! Check your medication supply – holistically and interdisciplinary! 3. hormone check
Examination for hormonal imbalances. 4. laboratory analysis
Measure – treat – measure. Replace what is missing. In the right quantities! And measure again. 5. individual substitution & vital substance infusions
Individual medicine, as I practice it, does not treat findings, but people. Your findings should always be compared with your condition. So that you are optimally cared for individually. 6. the anti-stress test
Measuring your stress parameters, such as your heart rate variability, provides information about how stressed your body system is. Building on this, stress medicine helps to increase your stress resilience.

7th GutCheck
Gut sick – everything sick. What about food intolerances, fungal or parasite contamination, the composition of the microbiome? Dietary recommendations and the right probiotics support your intestinal health. For optimal absorption of food. 8. detox cure
Mercury in dental fillings (amalgam), arsenic in rice, cadmium in cereals, aluminum in deodorant, dioxin in meat, insect poison in eggs, exhaust fumes in the air we breathe – the list of environmental toxins to which we are exposed every day is endless. The body can eliminate many toxins itself, but not all of them. These can lead to cell damage, chronic illnesses and even cancer. We support your detoxification. 9. strengthen mitochondria
IHHT oxygen therapy, cryotherapy or HBOT are just some of the measures that can help to reactivate your mitochondria and thus your cells. 10. regular preventive checks
Unsatisfactory blood parameters should be checked every three to nine months – with appropriate adjustments to the measures.
