Doctorate in human medicine…

I had an important experience during my training in conventional medicine. It was to have a major influence on the rest of my professional life: I realized that every medical discipline has its own very specific – and sometimes very narrow – perspective on people, both diagnostically and therapeutically. However, my aim has always been to maintain as holistic a perspective as possible. This is because many clinical pictures – especially chronic ones – require an interdisciplinary approach and treatment. That’s why I worked in a wide range of medical specialties and trained in them. I deliberately chose autoimmunology as the subject of my doctorate – a specialist area with a wealth of interfaces with all other specialist areas of medicine.

… with sound clinical and pharmacological expertise – from scientific research…

After gaining practical experience in internal medicine and neurology, I wanted to look beyond conventional medicine. I was also fascinated by the scientific side of medicine. In particular, I was interested in the complex interactions between drugs and treatment methods. As a medical advisor in the pharmaceutical industry, I was able to work on clinical studies across disciplines and advise clinics, doctors and patients on the use of specialized drugs as a scientific expert. The focus here was on neurological diseases, hematology and transplantation medicine. Since then, I have been particularly interested in the interactions that occur with many preparations – especially with regard to micronutrients.

…and broad interdisciplinary experience in the assessment and treatment of complex clinical pictures.

Building on this scientific expertise, I have had the opportunity to assess hundreds of individual diagnoses and therapeutic measures in terms of their effectiveness and sustainability in recent years as an insurance physician, in addition to providing medical care to employees. This has given me a fascinating overview of many treatment methods – with their opportunities, but also their limitations. These numerous medical findings have shown that the treatment of complex clinical pictures not only requires an interdisciplinary understanding of medical specialties, but usually also a detailed medical history and sometimes detective research.

At the highest level.

In my current role as a doctor for individual medicine at a world-leading treatment center in Switzerland, I have the privilege of being able to draw on the full range of medical possibilities. Here we combine the latest approaches in longevity and rejuvenation medicine with mitochondrial therapy and orthomolecular strategies to redefine health at the cellular level. The experience of working daily with unlimited precision and a deep understanding of biochemical relationships gives me the opportunity to give not only years of life, but also healthy and vital years.
